Finally decided to stop there for dinner as we've been staying nearby. Ordered two dishes---one from the 'specials' board which was a beef with black bean sauce....served with rice. It did have quite a few vegetables, which was good, but not much black bean sauce....Tasted fine. The hot and sour soup----more sour than anything else. They load it with vinegar. Although the ingredients are good, the vinegar taste drowns everything out. But I did, near the end, taste a bit of anise---which was nice. Reasonably priced for what you got. Friendly service. And, most positive, it was quiet with no tv or sound system blaring at you. Just for that reason we might come back.
