This restaurant been here very long time ,it is the local favour hang out ,the neighbourhood most Asian retire people , little run down ,it is on the corner of East 1st ,10 mins from P.N.E. ,,the restaurant is so so ,the noise is very...loud , (Special Holidays and week end ! it is CRAZY ! ) ,but their Siu Mui is so big ,like a Ping Pong Ball ,also their Dim Sun dishes is good size portion, prices is average , but they put too much M.S.G .in their cooking , like most the Chinese restaurants is dirty , the services and attitude is very poor ,they are too busy to care , ,people just eat and out ,there is also two level of parking level ,and T& T Supermarket on the ground level ,and a lot of small shops around . for shopping . so ,not a bad place for dim sum ,if you do not mind the noise and the M.S .G ! But I would not just drive all the way here for dim sum ,there is so many clean relax Chinese restaurants around .
