vietnamese chicken pho doesn't get any better than this! it's a nice change from the ubiquitous beef pho noodle soup that's all over the city. the chicken broth is light and seems to be home-made (at least to me). other places use bouillon based broth......not bad, but i prefer chicken broth made from scratch. it's got a natural clean taste like how my mom and grandparents used to make them. recently voted one of the best 15 pho places in vancouver. opens at 9am and closes at 6pm... closed on sundays... family-run business hours... apparently they've got some killer off-menu items... gotta get my pho game on!More
