El's Japanese Fusion Restaurant is located in the popular Marda Loop area of SW Calgary. This small restaurant is tucked unobtrusively in a strip mall, you have to look for it to find it. We have been here twice and enjoyed the food and service...on both visits. The menu is quite extensive for such a small place, and they always seem to have daily specials listed on the chalkboard. Service is friendly and quick, the food is nicely presented, and wonderfully tasty. Prices are very reasonable. The only drawback is they do not have a liquor license, but we enjoy the wonderfully toasted flavor of the tea.
