This restaurant received 4.4 stars on Google and it was in walking distance from our hotel so I wanted to give it a try. The waitress was very nice. She explained that tonkinese soup was pho soup. I ordered the medium beef soup and was...a good size for an average male. My son ordered the grilled pork, shredded pork, and egg omelet with rice. It came with a good amount of veggies with fish sauce. The rice dish was very good. The soup was not very flavourful but satisfied my craving for pho. The waitress advised that she is the restauran's 3rd generation owner. It was quite busy with what seemed like regular customers for takeout. Please support local mom & pop shops!More
