We decided to eat outside at a bench they set up on the street. Server seemed upset that we interrupted her conversation with a co-worker. She had brought out menus so we decided to order the usual way but she was clearly annoyed we didn't...place our order like a take out order by scanning. We used our own hand sanitizer after touching their menus. Food eventually came out on small plastic takeaway trays. Salmon teriyaki was overcooked and was swimming in what tasted like cheap bottled teriyaki sauce. Everything was cool or over battered. The server was rude from beginning to end. Decided to ask if they were actually Japanese and they weren't. Just another pseudo Japanese restaurant selling substandard food to people who don't really know how good Japanese food actually tastes. Real sushi chefs train for years not days. Food is prepared properly to ensure safety to the customer. Do yourselves a favour, go to a real authentic Japanese restaurant and don't eat here.
