Not too many Dutch restaurants around so had to investigate. We were seated quickly for brunch at a window overlooking the harbour where seaplanes were landing. We split an order of croquettes which were good. I had the Dutch pancakes with apple, onions and bacon....Wife had the Amsterdam eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce. Service was excellent and everything was very good, including the coffee.
