A female employee at the front desk bumped and shoved me last night. She acted rudely and disrespectful towards my partner and I. This incident was witnessed by the security guard at the front door. He also agreed she had no right to behave in...that matter. Unfortunately for him he could not do anything other than ask me to step aside. Under no circumstances should any employee use physical force on patrons. This abusive and reckless behaviour was unwarranted. If this establishment has any respect for their patrons, they would reprimand her actions and dismiss her employment. As a visible minority I would not recommend stepping foot in this establishment. The “ Karen “ behaviour of this employee was unwarranted and should not be dismissed by anyone.
