My husband really enjoyed his ham and swiss sandwich. I got the BLT and the bacon was very chewy. I decided to just pick the bacon off and eat the rest. The manager did come over to see how everything was. I was honest about...the bacon and she offered me some options but I was almost done so I declined. She came back with some cookies which was a very nice. I appreciated the effort she put in to ensure I enjoyed my experience. Overall, I think if I had a different sandwich it would have been great. I would visit again if in that area of the city.
