When you go to enough sushi places, the rolls start to look all the same. That's a shame, because it's fun to see how places try to differentiate themselves on their menus. Victoria Sushi, thankfully, has a fresh and unique selection of rolls on their...menu. While not totally crazy and out there, it was different enough to make me want to come back to try more. The taste certainly helped too. The TnT roll, in particular, was very tasty. I didn't love the spicy sauce on the spicy salmon rolls, but overall the sushi was quite good. The tamago nigiri was especially notable, as they took some care to prepare the egg properly. The Toro, on the other hand, was a bit skimpy in portion size, and not as good as other places. Still, very good sushi and worth coming back to!More
