Don’t waste your time! I make a better brisket and I am new at it. You probably make a better one! I vacuum seal my leftovers and freeze them. When I want more, I unthaw and reheat them which is exactly what this tasted like…only...mine has flavour. My wife ordered a beef rib which was dry and tough. So disappointing!! At least the beans were edible.
