Major Disapointment and Health Concern Looking for an authentic Italian takeout in Hamilton brought me to Alfredo's Place. After reading some positve reviews, I was excited to try out some dishes. To much disapointment, Alfredo's may just be my worst dinning experiance so far in...Hamilton. I ordered a large Caesar salad, the Meatball Sub, and the Carbonara, expecting all to be well made and as authentic as it gets for Italian in Hamilton. First off, the Caesar salad was inedible as it was covered in uncooked bacon that I unfortunately hadnt noticed at first, causing great sickness shortly thereafterwards. The Meatball sub had two halfed Meatballs, and the Carbonara was made with Penne noodles, and only had more uncooked bacon along with plain store-bought white sauce - no egg, parmesan or pecorino cheese. Just awful. While the portions are large, after spending $40 for practically unedible and unsafe to consume dishes, I just can't understand why Alfredo's reputation still stands positive.
