NOT COOL. We were at your Osborne location yesterday at the end of the night after a fun time experiencing Nuit Blanche. Security guards were closing it down for the night while we were mid-finished eating our pizza. To prompt us to leave, a security...guard threw our two bikes out the door and onto the sidewalk in a fairly aggressive manner (the only display of aggression during the encounter.) We were never looking to cause an issue. They noticed our bikes prior to this and had not said anything about it. So this was a manifestation of frustration, which could be mitigated even a little bit with some additional training for employees. Another note is that if bikes are not welcome inside, then as an establishment which is well aware of the neighbourhood and its challenges with theft, kindly provide your paying patrons with a secure way to store our bikes while we eat; aka a bike rack.
