We ordered 4 pastas on June 27th and TWO HOURS later received the absolute worst tiny burnt pastas I’ve ever seen. I immediately called and complained and was told I would receive a call back within 15 minutes. Half an hour later I phoned, and...they were closed. I called the next day and was told to call back the following day when a manager would be in. I did that, I received a credit which I didn’t really want. (The only way to get a refund is to bring the food in even tho I’d already given a 10$ DELIVERY tip) So tonight we tried again, I ordered at 4:24 and was given a 1 hour wait time, an hour and a half later I phoned and was told it wasn’t showing up in the system, was transferred to a hostess where I was told because they couldn’t figure out the credit, the food was still being made. I cancelled my order immediately because we couldn’t wait longer for food, I have two children waiting for their dinner. I got a call back from the driver telling me the food was ready and would bring it immediately, it showed up about 10 minutes later COMPLETELY WRONG, we ordered 4 pastas, and received 5, and only ONE OF THEM WAS RIGHT. Called back again, and asked for just one of our pastas to be sent because my son didn’t like the alternative, I was told by some girl with a bad attitude “we have a 25$ delivery minimum “ FOR YOUR MISTAKE??? What the heck is going on here? They seem to have a manger on once a week and no one is in charge. It’s left to a bunch of people who have no idea what to do with an upset customer. I have a lot of patience for the restaurant industry, being that I have managed one for the last 20 years, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling everyday until I can get a manager on the phone, AGAIN! Simply because I think it’s so unfair to pay for food you didn’t even order. Get it together Romeos.
