When Kanda Sushi Bar (bring your own wine) re-opened, its food quality had gone down. However, they bounced back. New chef perhaps. Better quality perhaps.... The service was good as always. Their ordering method from a ''tablette'' is great with the description of the item...you want to check out is clear. However, the air conditionner has not been working for several months. Dining out with U-2 songs or Brian Adams etc over their speakers is not a relaxing night out. The volume is so loud that you have to increase your volume when speaking to the person across from you. Although at the entrance there is a hand wriiten notice that a ''vaccin passport'' is compulsory, they did not ask us for one or the tables around us! Other more expensive Sushi Bars don't necessarily beat a $29.99 Friday night price.
