I am shocked by the low quality of food at The Victor. The steaks my son and I each ordered, medium rare, were overcooked. The peppercorn sauce was bland except for a slightly stale taste. The "shrimp" included as the Surf in the Surf and...Turf was thin and tasteless. The caesar salad my daughter-in-law ordered was tiny. The Mac & Cheese waffle had no flavour, and the coconut cake was without sweetness and dry. So disappointed having paid top dollar for our meals. Service was extremely slow.
