Pan, the chef-owner is passionate about her ingredients and cooking, everything is made from the heart and by hand. Her Partner Dale and their Family are all invested in making...this business successful. Truly a local, Family owned and run business that deserves our support during these tough times. They have gluten-free and vegetarian options and have also catered to special dietary requests (i.e. no peanuts) and offer various levels of spice to meet all my dinner guest's needs and tastes. Pan's soups are out of this world! You want shrimp in your Tom Yum? No problem!More
