Most places that will serve only ramen, are generally considered 'cheap eats'. This is not something I would think about this place, the average price between about $12-13. But the quality is very good. Service is close to exceptional, as the staff are attentive to...the needs of the diners. I have never had my water refilled so quickly and frequently at any other establishment. And for a place that has chosen the core of the city, an area that has been depressed for a very long time, it is a welcome haven of calm and cleanliness that happens to serve great food.
