Another enjoyable bowl at Murutama. This is a great place. We were lucky this time no line up but within 10mins of our arrival the place was full and about 20 people were waiting. You have to wait outside and there is no cover, so...if raining being an umbrella. It's worth the wait, great chicken based broth, which you don't see very often, nice thin noodles that you can have cooked to your desired firmness. The pork is really good, probably the best in the city. The egg marinated nicely but could have been cooked a bit less. Because the noodles are quite thin, harder to slurp than other places, at least for me, but very good and made in house. They do not take cash, and only have Asahi. Great Ramen, will be back.
