I came here for a High Tea experience on a week-day's late afternoon. Beautiful central location (7th Avenue between Cambie and Ash). Pay parking, if you are driving. Short distance from the Broadway-City Hall Skytrain Station, if you are using public transit. For $ 22.95...you'll get a pot of wonderful fragrant tea (I tried Cream of Earl Grey and Vanilla Rooibos), 3 cheese quiches, spinach triangle, 3 scones with light blueberry jam (jello?) - all of the above served warm; plus 2 macarons, a piece of cheesecake and 2 tiny pieces of Japanese Apple pie; and honey and dried fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry) as side items. High Tea is served on a bamboo tray, with a colourful teapot in a brand name tea cozy. A white three-tiered stand is tiny, yet big enough for you not to walk away hungry :-). Teas are being brewed in a fancy glass machine, precisely programmed for perfection. Interior is very warm and inviting. Along the wall in an "L" shape there is a white leather couch with fancy soft pillows. There are 2 round tables and 5 square tables. Free Wi-Fi. Wonderful items on a regular menu. It's a contemporary High Tea place, I liked it at the first glance. I recommend it to everyone. Make sure to check it out, you won't be disappointed.
