These places are vanishing as fast as Drive In Theatres. This place is a throw back to the 1960's when the malls were very small with a single anchor tenant. Time has stood still with this bakery. It's run by the owners all 2 of...them. The husband bakes in the early am and his wife runs the front end. They only accept cash no debit machine. Just like it use to be. My favourite is their shortbread cookies. They are exactly as I love them. Large, Thick and cooked perfectly, not under baked. Very close to a Scottish style of shortbread. They only use real butter. They sell for $0.80 cents each or 12 for $9.50 I hope you don't really discover this place, as I would not be happy to show up and have no shortbread cookies to buy☹️ But yet want to share a awesome place with other Victorians?More
