I wish there was a rating between "Average" and "Very good" that was just "Good" because that perfectly defines this place.
I wish there was a rating between "Average" and "Very good" that was just "Good" because that perfectly defines this place. The pho was good, hot, and very flavorful and really hit the spot. The service was slow and average at best. If I was...going to eat here again I would absolutely do takeout. Skip the dumplings, they are completely flavorless.
