Happy Hour at Sala Thai is one of the best Happy Hours I’ve had in Vancouver. Not only is the food good, the prices are great! We started off with their crispy squid which is beer battered and deep fried. Really crispy and well-seasoned! Next...up is their lettuce wrap with minced chicken and herbs&chili. Very reminiscent of a duck lettuce wrap and seasoned enough that it didn’t need hoisin sauce. Their chicken satay skewers are super tender and paired very well with their homemade peanut sauce. Last up is their Pad Thai which was excellent. Great flavours, soft noodles, crispy bean sprouts and saucy! Loved it here and looking forward to coming back.
