We saw an ad for this restaurant and wanted to try it, but we live an hour away so did so when we came to Victoria for other matters.
We saw an ad for this restaurant and wanted to try it, but we live an hour away so did so when we came to Victoria for other matters. Stopped in for lunch and had top notch lamb buriani and chicken tikka. Very impressed! We...returned a few days later and ordered take-out - lamb Rogan Josh and again chicken tikka masala. Again excellent with top quality meat and rice. We have eaten in Indian restaurants in a lot of places in USA, Britain and Canada and we think the Taj is the best of the lot! Great service from Joti our server on both occasions. Decor pleasant too. Now we have to find excuses to visit Victoria more often!More
