My first visit to T'Basil. Located in a strip mall with plenty of parking and accessible. For lunch it had five tables occupied. Seated after checking the required ID and vaccination was quite quick. No imported beer was available and I guess that's to be...expected these days. Saved me a dollar a bottle anyway! The lone server was quite busy hopping around the tables. Food seemed to come out of the kitchen quite readily. I ordered the spring rolls and seafood Pho. To my surprise the spring rolls were cold and unless it has changed, I would rather they were heated. They stuck to the plate and were a challenge to eat even with a knife and fork. Tasteless is all I could think of. The Pho on the other hand was plentiful and very tasty. Nothing spectacular in the decor ... the washroom was tiny and not accessible in my opinion. The server disappeared when it came time to settle the bill... had to wait but I had to give him his time as I know he was rushed.
