First, you have to start at the bar. The barman, Jo, will introduce you to molecular cuisine and serve you a beautiful and tasty drink. The meal, each plate is a new experience, art on a plate. We loved the food. The staff is welcoming,...friendly and very knowledgeable. They explain clearly what is on your plate and how they made it. You should go with friends, since they can't change the menu it's not really for small kids. We went with our older kids (18 and13) and they had a blast. An open mind and a sense of adventure are required if you truly want to enjoy this restaurant.
