I went to this place of a recommendation from a friend who said when he found this place he ate there 3 days in a row. Safe to say I had very high expectations since my friend is also a professional chef and know good...food when he eats it. I walked in to the nice small restaurant with my mouth already watering at the sight of the chef hand pulling the noodles in the open concept kitchen. There server was fantastic, she was quick to take our order and was very kind and caring. I order the signature stir fried noodles with beef. The food came out steaming hot, fresh from the kitchen just how it should be. A very generous portions of hand pulled noodles with vegetables and beef. It tasted like nothing I have hand in Canada, some of the best noodles I've had in my life so far. perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce and spice, exactly what I wanted. Safe to say after the 3rd bit my expectations were already surpassed, this place is AMAZING. Mid way through eating the serve brought us out of no where some chicken wings with a nice spice dry rub on them and said this is just a kind gesture from the restaurant. personally I was speechless with the kindness and speed of the service already but this almost made me feel at home. Overall, Food was tasty and fresh, service was great and the atmosphere was nice. In addition, the price to portion size ratio was great, I was honestly expecting to pay a lot more than what I did for food like that. Great job La Noodle, I know for sure you got yourself a regular in me.
