My rating was moderate but only in comparison to usual expectations for lunch. But lets be clear. This is a funky old building on a corner in the middle of a heritage neighborhood. Its friendly, informal, unpretentious and relaxed. The food is good. Locals hang out here. The weekends ramp up with music. Time slows down.
