My wife and I are big Fans of oriental food so when we happened across The Change while strolling along the waterfront we dived in for a much needed snack. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely keen to please. The menu is presented on...iPads and the view of the harbour, North Vancouver and the mountains beyond is breath taking. As is the food. The chicken noodle soup was a masterpiece, as was my wife's won ton soup. We also had some gyozas, beautifully steamed and fried on one side so they have a crispy bite to them. Melt in the mouth delicious. Prices are a steal for the quality of the food and the location.
