Ocean Island is a traveller's hostel in downtown Victoria. The cafe/lounge is busy every night. Lots of travellers and locals. Beer by the pitcher is cheap. There is often local live music, from fiddle tunes to electric rock and roll, usually no cover charge. Always...friendly atmosphere, good food, reasonable prices.
