Full disclosure - I wouldn't consider myself a ramen expert by any means. I was told to try this place out, so this is my opinion as someone who has moderate noodle experience.. Thankfully we didn't have to wait in line, as the restaurant is...small and I have seen it lined up before. Covid spacing doesn't help, but it's great they follow protocols so carefully. I found their menu on the simple side, which isn't a bad thing. It was clearly laid out, and they answered our couple of questions honestly. Our food was delicious, though I agree that if you're hungry that you order extra noodles. We all tried something different, all with good reviews. Would I wait an hour in the cold for this? Probably not. But it was extremely tasty, and worth trying. Perhaps I need to have bad ramen to truly appreciate this place as others do.
