Horrible customer service. We had ordered by phone in the past and it worked. We ordered online today. Arriving at the restaurant, it was packed with people not sure what to do. Who has ordered and who was waiting. I gave them my order number...and was told 10 mins. I have been waiting for almost an hour and have been back inside twice now to ask about my order. They have forgotten it both times. People arriving after me have already received their orders. I keep being told 10 mins. Cancel my order. Your customer service is horrendous.
