i used to be a regular customer until the front staff decided showing attitude and today was the limit. I was basically told today that I had to have my food THEIR way or no way at all basically. Why? Because I requested the skinn...OFF my Jerk chicken sandwich, which is usually how i always get it. Today I was the boy behind the counter replied "NEXT TIME I will NOT do this for you as This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR US TO TAKE THE SKIN OFF. I"M DOING IT FOR YOU THIS TIME." he then took literally not even 30 seconds to take the chicken skin off and throw it on the bun. WHY THE ATTITUDE DUDE? I'm a 16 year old walking in to get a burger and the skin on your chicken is nasty and chewy so i dont want it in my food. When I ate the burger there was barely any coleslaw or ingredients just the chicken. Excuse me? Thats like telling your customer if they dont want tomato or onions or coleslaw that you cannot customize their burger because its an INCONVENIENCE FOR YOU!?!? What kind of FAST FOOD customer service is this? Shut your restaurant down if you dont like your customers or hire new staff that likes to SERVE! Always an attitude, the girls and the GUYS. You just lost yourself a ton of customers, that means me and MY friends. Way to GO! I recommend Pat's Homestyle Jamiacan Rstrnt. ... Chubby's and Patois or even .
