I just moved into this building recently for work and although convenient, the food at this location isn't the greatest, the coffee was good until yesterday. I ordered 2 large coffees and both were so bitter we threw them out. I went back today and...explained what happened and ordered 2 coffees. She then charged us! I advised that we shouldn't be charged and she got defensive and told me she was going to give me free pastries. That was definitely not the case. No apologies, nothing and then she got rude and defensive. I asked her name and she would not give it to me. She then advised that she is the manager - how unfortunate if this is the leader to the team! She continued to argue with me in front of clients. It was a horrible experience and I will never go back. The food is lacking, the coffee is now inconsistent. And this manager, long blond hair with a bun on the top of her head, needs a lesson on customer service. Go across the street to Mangez Mangez Restaurant Cafe, the people are very friendly and the soups and sandwiches are fantastic.
