Our family placed an order through Skip yesterday. This place clearly does not have their stuff in order. They confirmed the order through Skip with a delivery time but but after 2 hours it still hadn't arrived. We called and waited on hold for 20...min to be hung up on and after calling back and waiting again they told us they didn't know what happened to our order. The person on the phone said they would call us back but never did with any explanation whatsoever. The worst service experience ever. The pizza simply showed up a while later after they clearly had just made it. Hey, If you lost our order at least have have the decency to own up to it rather than lie and leave us hanging. I will never order from them again.
