My team hosted me to a spectacular dinner at Oxbow and were treated like VIPs. We dined in the lounge in two separate tables of 4 (due to COVID restrictions) and were spaces out appropriately. Our table enjoyed some appetizers to begin with with each of us raving about the flavours. The Brussels Sprout Caesar is epic and the Crushed Potatoes and Lobster Stuffed Mushroom Caps are fantastic. For the main, I ordered the Brandt Lake Wagyu Tourtiere. It was off the charts in terms of deliciousness. The chef has created a “chimney” in the decadent Puff Pastry to pour the Sauce Diane into when he serves it up tableside. Hands down, this is the best tourtiere that I have ever eaten and I find myself craving it as I write this review. I’ll definitely be back for a casual meal with my wife and would love to introduce more of my friends to the delicious offerings at Oxbow.
