I would highly recommend Fit Organix for everyone looking for healthy options including diets that are vegan, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, wheat free. Jules is amazing. She is the owner of Fit Organix and always prepared food for us that was healthy, very...filling and suited my daughter's specific dietary requirements. Jules always responded quickly to any questions we had about menu and items that were being prepared. Their kitchen prepares all sorts of options from juices, to smoothies, to dessert bars, soups, salads, sandwiches with delicious gluten free/sugar free breads, apple crumble... We used their weekly food delivery service for almost 2 years. Because of my daughter's very restrictive diet, Fit Organix was the perfect solution- all organic food, nothing processed, and specially prepared to meet my daughter's condition. Instructions for heating were clear/easy, containers were recyclable, and food was always delivered on time. Toronto is lucky to have Fit Organix as there just is not a comparable type of kitchen/restaurant that caters to the general population as well as those with very restrictive diets.
