My elderly parents and I were at Smith for a rare treat as part of their weekend away. My mom ordered the lamb. It was a bit well done and Ben, our fabulous waiter, made sure to fix it and gave my parents the best experience. His kindness and thoughtfulness meant the world to us. Thank-you, Ben!
