Shared a platter that had a wide variety of meats. The food arrived to the table lukewarm at best. The main thing that I found was that it was lacking any smoke flavour. Most BBQ places I’ve been at you can smell the smoked food...as soon as you walked in the door. I couldn’t detect that the food had seen a smoker. The rubs were alright, available BBQ sauces meh (one Kansas City style, but any mustard or vinegar based sauces were not to be seen). Had the food been hot, it would have been good, just not good BBQ.
