Terrible experience I had when I visited on my birthday for Dinner with my husband. 1. When we reached there then the person who was on the front desk was doing his work and ignored us and then after sometime he said Hiii... without making...eye contact with us and they did not greet us nicely. 2. Then no one came to show us the table to sit. we sit by ourselves like, there was no server who came and ask for the table preference. 3. Then we decide to order Dahi bhlla(starter) , simple prantha, and chilly paneer. So first they served dahi bhlla which was the terrible part of our dinner because the starter was not fresh, it smells so bad and even the dish was frozen and the bhllaas were soooo dry. They just poured yougurt and some chaat masala on bhlla. I am from India and I taste dahi bhlla many many times, so the dish basically contains some crispy paapdi, dry fruits, some green chatni and red chatni with bhlla, but the food they served in Himalya was soo cheap in presentation and taste as well. 4. then we said them to make chilly paneer hot in taste but they served mild to medium and the vegetables were raw and they were not mixed well in the Sause. looked like, they put the bell pepper and onion buds in oil just for a second and put bell pepper and onions in the Sause.(not well cooked) 5. and then the funny and horrible part was, when we were not finished and they gave us the bill on our table. SO..SO.. SO.. SO.. SO. bad experience.... I wish, I could give them zero Rating or may be -0 is fine for them. They should not say that they serve Indian traditional food because the food was beyond the Indian taste.
