Location: Tucked away across from the food court in the PATH system of underground tunnels below the Toronto business district, it would be easy to walk by in a hurry without noticing, but that would be unfortunate if you are looking for desserts or pastries....Décor: Take out only, the shop has an open wood, white and glass décor. Macaroons display prominently to the left and pastries and tarts to the centre. Pastries: This place is the second best location for macaroons. They are light in texture and have obvious quality, but lack the fragrance and taste of a premium priced macaroon. At the time of writing, a package of 6 will cost $16.75. Sure it is supposed to be a premium product, but it is surprising that they do not discount their goods near the end of the business day. Service: Service has always been polite when I have come here, but sometimes it can be slow and perhaps it appears understaffed at times. Overall: The products here are good, but it is also more expensive. If you find that you are not truly delighted by what you bought for the price, then the experience is really just average.
