I am usually not a fan of ramen but my husband thought we should give it a try as Marutama was a well known brand.
I am usually not a fan of ramen but my husband thought we should give it a try as Marutama was a well known brand. I asked for a char siu ramen in chicken broth, low sodium and added one egg. My husband tried a...spicy seafood ramen. I liked the egg which was poached perfectly and the soup was indeed low in sodium --- so the request was honoured.
