Goodmorning . Last night when i’m still at work i called fritou branch in saddletown near train station and i’m asking until what time the are open the on that i talked to and it is a guy said they are open until 11pm and...i said i’ll be there before 11 and he didn’t say anything that they will not served anything before 11. So when i was there exactly 10:40pm when i entered inside the guy in the cashier said sorry were closing soon and nothing to be served from me. I’m so disappointed that i told him that i talked to someone there but he just ignored me and didn’t say anything or apologize and i’m so hungry that time that’s why i went to other store which is boston pizza although is expensive i have no choice but i’m craving with your chicken but that’s what happened . For me it’s not acceptable i used to work in food industry every customer that we handle we make sure that they are satisfied unlike what happened last night march 30,2020 /10:40pm. Sorry to say i’m so disappointed.
