This is a very small place on Johnson, but has a nice, warm vibe. It wasn't busy the night we went, but the service was pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of Korean food beyond the magical meat bbq. This place doesn't have the...built-in propane grills, but imagine a square fondue stand with a square metal dish on top. They pre-make the meat and put it on the metal dish, so it is piping hot and caramelizes a bit. The meat was tasty, but several pieces were quite grissley. The sauce with the meat was very tasty and we wrapped the meat in lettuce w/ the sauce - quite yummy. We also had the grilled tofu, which was ok. The wings were tasty, but hadn't been cooked so the skins were crispy, which I didn't really like. The flavour was pretty good, but the texture was meh. I'd prefer it if rather than trying to avoid the Korean name for a dish, they simply used the Korean name with a descriptor. I'd go again, but probably try the bi bim bap.
