This place is crazy busy on a hot summer day. The line up to the road should speak to their product. One of my fav bubble tea places in Vancouver. My friend loves their ice-cream but they were out the last time we went (a...hot summer night). They have specials as well which are good deals. Not much seating. But most bubble tea places like this are meant for take out (I think anyways)More
