My family has been coming to Viphalay for some time now, and it's safe to say it's a family favourite of ours! There is something about the food that when you take your first bite, it's a celebration of flavours and spices on the tongue....All of the flavours come together so well in each and every dish, and though some dishes may be spicier than others, there is something for everyone! Some of our favourite dishes include: Basil Chicken (Friday Special), Drunken Noodles, Tom Ka Gai soup, house salad (the dressing is to die for!), and for dessert: Roti Roll (deep fried dough with condensed milk). A must try in one's lifetime!More
