When you go to Edo you get the sukiyaki beef. It's sweet sauce drenched over thick noodles, or rice if you're like my hisband, with lots of mixed vegetables. The sushi selection is surprisingly delightful. The sukiyaki beef roll is a great alternative for those...who aren't as enticed by the traditional seafood style. Can you tell I'm a fan of the sukiyaki beef? Better than most fast food options out there so give it try.
