I stumbled across this spot near the convention centre little over a year ago - and I’m sad that they have changed their menu from set courses almost Omakase style to now an a-la-Carte menu. BUT Their attitude (an overt dedication to creativity and mastery...of craft) and quality (I love sashimi not fast food maki) as well as price (their value to quality ratio is unbeatable). Look at my pictures, they also have a lovely space - I just love their “how we create” ethos, I read it each time I visit (only a couple times a year, I’m not from BC). Their sashimi is impeccable but it’s the Omakase appetizer that I love, went there three times this week while here for a conference and each night it’s different. Alone, with a friend, in groups, this place won’t let you down if you love creativity and the adventure of eating.
