They screwed up the order on pick up but it was supposedly corrected.
They screwed up the order on pick up but it was supposedly corrected. Opened the bags at home...main part of order was missing...Jack's Original Chicken Fingers and Fries, and plum sauce...$15.99. I called them she said the manager would call later that evening and she...took my phone# and email address. That was last Friday evening. It is now Tuesday and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. Very bad service and an even worse manager for not following through with a customer. I WON'T be buying anything from them again.
