Went to the CRAFT Beer Market for lunch as it was right around the corner from my hotel. I didn't realize how big the place was until I walked in. I was seated on the second floor with a great window view overlooking the street...and English Bay. The place was bright and airy, with large windows and light coloured wood. Sam(?) was my server and she was great. She answered all my questions about the food which helped me decide what I wanted. I ordered the AC Burger. Beware all their burgers are double patty. My burger came in not time. It was big and messy, one of those two or more napkin types. The toppings of white cheddar, house pickles, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon aioli were great but at times hard to get at because of the size of the burger. The patties were okay but under seasoned if eaten by themselves without any toppings. This was definitely a 2 handed burger that was hard to put down without falling apart, so eating my fries was a bit of a challenge. The bun itself was part of the problem as it couldn't stand up to the size and moisture of the burger. Speaking of the fries, they were awesome, fresh, hot, and crispy. They were dynamite with ketchup. Yes the burger was huge, messy and hard to eat at times, I would order it again, maybe cutting it in half next time. It was a very pleasurable dining experience.
